All fitness classes are $50/class with a maximum of 8 people per class.
These "On the Water" workouts will work you from head to toe, combining conditioning paddling exercises and body resistance movements for strength. Tailored to each clients desires and goals these fitness classes ensure you get a core busting workout on the water.

(While prior paddling experience is necessary, these classes are designed to challenge both the veteran paddler and those new to the fitness focus and will keep all skill levels and abilities engaged and pushing their limits.)
